Manager of Parent and Caregiver Engagement Programs
The Manager of Parent and Caregiver Engagement Programs is responsible for providing strategic and operational oversight as well as holistic and systematic implementation of CRC’s parent/caregiver engagement programs. These programs target children (birth-5 years old) and are designed to foster knowledge of child development and promote children’s early education and kindergarten-readiness, while recognizing that parents/caregivers are a child’s first teachers.
Manager of Provider Support Services
The Manager of Provider Services works in partnership with early childhood programs and community stakeholders to support accessible high-quality early care and education in Napa County. Provider Services includes support for families seeking early care and education and for a diverse range of child care providers, ranging from licensed programs to prospective and informal caregivers.
Family Support Case Manager
The Case Manager is a full-time non-exempt position and supports families in Napa County by evaluating and maintaining their eligibility to receive financial assistance for child care in subsidized payment programs at Community Resources for Children (CRC). The Case Manager is a trusted resource for families navigating intricate program requirements while seeking quality childcare in Napa County.
FFN Project Manager
The FFN (Family, Friend and Neighbor) Project Manager is a full-time non-exempt position and is a trusted resource for informal caregivers such as family members, friends & neighbors who care for children other than their own. The FFN Project Manager supports FFN caregivers in Napa County by conducting outreach to support them and engage them, along with the children under their care, in quality early learning experiences.
