At Community Resources for Children we believe it is our responsibility to leave the world a better place for children. To that end we encourage and practice:
Conserving Paper By:
Printing on both sides of paper
Sharing files electronically instead of making copies
Publishing our newsletter electronically
Broadcasting announcements through an email marketing program
Purchasing paper with recycled content
Encouraging "think before you print"
Conserving Energy By:
Turning lights and equipment off when not in use
Recycling:
Recycling all toner cartridges and batteries
Providing recycling receptacles for all staff
Properly disposing of e-waste
Other things we are doing:
Providing filtered water instead of bottled water
Recycling toys and educational equipment through our Toy Library
Providing information and trainings for staff
